The Terms and Conditions currently published at bunkabiker.com govern use of that WEBSITE. They do not address accounts, authentication, storage of host contact details or home addresses, or the release of an address to a guest.

They also state that liability is excluded "as long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge", which is a condition this application may not satisfy.
